Bought Chicken wings potato wedges etc from Deli this pm around 6:45pm. We got very sick vomiting, chills, nauseated got very sick and still feeling very sick. Upon eating whole family got sick, womiting chills ferling sick.

I had cheese enchiladas 12/15/2023 around 3:15 p.m. My stomach felt bloated right after. The next day I started having diarrhea from the morning till nighttime. I had some chills and low grade fever.
