Additional information: Ate food purchased at Whole Foods in Lakewood. Immediately experienced feelings of illness, then 2 days of puking.

I just went out to eat on Tuesday night with my partner and a friend, and I went to bed feeling ok, but then at about 2 am I got up to get sick - and it didn’t stop until 5 pm the following day.
