I ate a bowl with olives, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, pico, tofu, and both rices. This happened on May 25th around 4:00pm. The following morning I woke up to diarrhea, and it didn’t stop until Friday the 29th. Lab results came back and it’s positive for E. coli.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

I ate a medium level chicken slider and vanilla milkshake (7:30 pm ish), was feeling okay until a couple hours (around 9 or 10 pm) later my stomach had intense cramping pains.
