Today Diabella Subs in Milford CT I had a cheesesteak sub from Diabella’s. A few hours later I had intense stomach pain but passed it off as just cramps. I was awoken at night needing to use the restroom where I had really bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
