Ate the ghost pepper chicken sandwich went to bed later that evening. Woke up around 1 am with the chills despite being under a down comforter and hoody. bathroom but nothing coming out. About 20 minutes later i got very dizzy and couldn’t stand & had difficulty breathing and puked. For the next 2-3 hours I was only puking, then it got worse. Diarrhea while I puked.
