Had a Macciatio coffee, bread, tortelinni alfredo, and tried some of friend's chicken alfredo.

While eating I thought there was like a piece of raw zuccini in the sauce. Looking back on it, I think I ate a cockroach :(  | Symptoms: Nausea

I was out to dinner with my girlfriend and her family, and despite the ill feeling afterwards, we had a very pleasant experience. 5 out of the 6 of us there woke up with upset stomachs, and one of us threw up.

breakfast food items. Not everyone ate the same things but there were some overlaps, such as eggs, bacon, turkey bacon, toast and pancakes.
We are unsure of exactly what caused the ill-feeling, but we suspect one of the prior listed.

Went here for my birthday and ordered the chipotle chicken crispers. Had a molten cake as well and noticed right about an hour later, bloody stool, severe nausea, diarrhea, heartburn, really tired, and not myself whatsoever. June 2,2018 my son and I ordered the same thing from chili's in crystal river Florida. I ate about half of the ribs before I noticed they were pinkish on the inside.
We both got severe stomach pains shortly after and diarrhea most of the following day. I called the manager and let him know  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
