Our family. All five of us made a reservation for friday night 6/9 To celebrate my grandson's birthday. The reservation was for approximately @ 9:30 PM. We all ordered separate meals which each included shellfish. One by one after eating we all started experiencing severe diarrhea and... See More vomiting. Me being the eldest party in the group started feeling sick at 3:30 in the morning. At first I was just experiencing diarrhea. At least 5-6 times throughout the night. We were staying at the Doubletree Hilton so we could attend Sea World on Saturday 6/10. After taking Pepto bismol and other anti nausea medicine we all tried to enjoy our day. We made it approximately an hour into our day and I started vomiting at the park. I was treated at Seaworld First Aide clinic for food poisoning And had my daughter drive me back to Bradenton as I was incapable of functioning. Within hours My eldest daughter and her fiance started getting sick and her 4 year old son so they left the park around 4o'clock. And they vomited and had diarrhea throughout the evening. Sunday night at 9 o'clock daughter started violently vomiting and could just not stop or catch her breath so we went to Manatee Memorial ER Where she was treated for symptoms of food poisoning. It is my belief all 5 of us ingested contaminated or spoiled seafood. The shrimp in particular in hindsight was very limp and sqwishy and was not served cold or hot. It did not have a firm texture. We all had coconut shrimp or shrimp scampi. And all diarrhea and vomit smelled of shrimp and garlic. And it was visible in the vomit we all expelled. I am very concerned about the quality of the food being served at this restaurand And the time that Food is being left out before it is served to guests. I would like to state that none of us have food allergies or have ever experienced an onset of sickness of this magnitude in our lives.
