after the chills. The first night I did vomit a couple of times, although I did so voluntarily because I was so dizzy and nauseous it was the only way to find any relief. The next 5 days I experienced some of the worst diarrhea, nausea, stomach pains, gas, and bowel noises I've ever had. It took me about 2 days to finally eat anything at all and 6 days to finally be able to eat small meals in one sitting. I lost 10lbs in 5 days in all. Not exactly the diet plan I would have chose for myself. I threw the box of Cheerios away while I threw everything else I ate that day out, but I'm quite sure after reading these other reports and knowing it was the only new thing I ate in 24 hours before symptoms, it had to have been the Cheerios.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Gas, Dizziness
