Woke overnite 5 hours after eating. Pernil rice beans. Food was room temperature at purchase. Violent diarrhea and vomiting atleast 6 times each. Once everything was out I’m fine. Had nothing else that day except a bagel for breakfast  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Bloody stool, dizziness, was on the verge of blacking out and got admitted to hospital. Ordered tuna sandwich and chipotle chicken avocado melt. Never again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Bloody Stool

Ate salad, breadsticks, alfredo dip, a few bites of fried ravioli, and plain pasta with fried chicken fritta. Chicken was cooked well, and so did everything else, so I'm not sure what happened. But my sister also got sick and the only thing we can think of is that alfredo dip or the salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other
