not well enough) before making the guacamole. Within 3 hours of making and eating the guacamole I began having severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. I also felt as if I might have diarrhea but I couldn't (possibly due to previous two days of fasting with no food and no water). I am 100% certain it was from the guacamole as everything else that I had eaten earlier that day my children also ate and they did not get sick (they did not eat the guacamole).
