I ordered two stinky tofu hotpot soup and a Boba milk tea via Uber Eats tonight. Both me and my daughter had a very bad diarrhea afterwards. We really liked the food, thought it was very tasty, too bad that they made us sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea See Less

Grapes, We bought the mixed red & green grapes from on Tuesday 29.11.22. On the same day, we gave the red grapes to our daughter (19 months) to eat after we had grown them thoroughly. During the night, she had to break several times (6x until only... See More the gag and some yellow liquid came out of her mouth). We couldn't identify what she had eaten during the day and had the suspicion that she had eaten something wrong, but we didn't know exactly what it could be. Today, on 01.12. between 1:30pm and 2 pm, my wife ate some (about 10 pieces) of the red grapes. At around 3 p.m., she already had the feeling of nausea, which led to vomiting at exactly 16:25.

We are therefore 100% certain, as she did not eat anything else during this time and only the red grapes were visible in the vomit that it was due to the grapes. Even in our daughter's vomit, as she broke in bed, the undigested red grapes were visible next to other foods she had eaten during the day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I bought 4 pieces of Atlantic salmon from the fish section. Went home, prepped it, cooked it thoroughly and about 2-3 hours later was so sick! This isn’t the first time from here. It didn’t have a bad smell or any signs! I just knew it was from that. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less

I just had something similar happen, I believe it’s tied to that specific manufacturing code. The others should be fine, just remove those bad ones. I spit it out before swallowing because I tasted a strong chemical taste. Now im glad I did. A tried one with a different code and it was fine.

This happened to me as well. Same exact candy the white reeses trees.
I opened the bag and the first 2 were good. I ate a third and they tasted like chemicals. I tried a few more and spit them out all tasted like chemicals. I contacted the company and awaiting their response now.

The FSIS is issuing a public health alert for ground beef sold at La Michoacana Meat Market located at 5106 Wesley St., Greenville, Texas, 75402, after a sample of the product tested positive for the presence of Escherichia coli (E. coli) O157:H7. A recall was not requested... See More because there is no product currently available for sale to consumers; however, the ground beef product may remain in consumers’ homes and could cause illness if eaten. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

The affected product is:
- Varying weights of ground beef packed in butcher paper, containing “CARNE MOLIDA REGULAR/GROUND BEEF” with “Packed On” dates ranging Nov. 28 to Dec. 1, 2022, and “Sell By Dec. 1 2022” on the label.

This product was ground in store on Nov. 28, 2022 and it was packaged for consumers behind the meat counter in varying weights. The last date that the product was available for sale was Dec. 1, 2022.

The problem was discovered during routine FSIS product testing when a sample confirmed positive for the presence of E. coli O157:H7.

FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

In case you are experiencing E. coli symptoms such as watery diarrhea (often bloody), vomiting; stomach cramps; and mild fever, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
