High Priority - Heat strip failed to turn black to indicate the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface and/or high temperature holding thermometer did not reach 160F. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization... See More until dishmachine is repaired.

High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed approximately 25- 30 or more flying around the dry storage area on bananas, walls, boxes with to go sealed cups, on dish rack with clean sanitized pans and utensils and on unwrapped paper towels shelves and under the dish machine. Observed 3 or more flies flying around floor at front counter.

Save yourself now don’t eat there it’s not worth it!
