I ate several thin mints after dinner. Felt bloated. Abdominal pain increased throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep, terrible stomach pain, chills, shivers. Vomiting x 2. Felt a little better. Diarrhea in the morning. Still have medium pain in stomach and no appetite.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Other, Bloating, Loss of Appetite

I ate a rare 18oz ribeye steak with a loaded baked potato, a house salad and mac and cheese balls. I ordered all of this via take out I eat it around 2000 hrs and started experiencing symptoms around 2030 hrs. I have had nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
