the presentation of my plate appeared satisfying to the eye, the salmon didn't settle well in my stomach . (3/13/24) While home @ 10:30 p.m., I felt severe stomach pain that I've never experienced before; sharp, excruciating stomach pain that during the moment, it beats a menstrual cramp five times more. I thought to seek medical help, but I felt so unwell and lethargic to do so. So I tried resting on my side, while in fetus position, until I fell asleep. I had nausea and diarrhea throughout that night and although milder today, 3/14/24, I'm still dealing with discomfort in my stomach and some nausea.
