Friday 1/12/24 and then I woke very sick Saturday Morning 1/13/24. Symptoms were painful severe cramps, nausea, vomiting, uncontrollable diarrhea, fatigue, headache, ill feeling.

Ordered all meat speciality pizza and pizza with pepperoni and sausage on Saturday. Sunday woke up with diarrhea, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. I ate breakfast and could only finish half my plate. I was stuffed; bloated. And drank s glass of water. Stomach was sloshy and stuffed all day. Couldn't move around much and only lay on my back because of pain and aches in stomach became unbearable if not. Monday morning first thing was diahrea.
