It was sometime in March I believe Almost certain it was the food I ate at DQ I think the meat wasn’t cooked, either the patty or bacon. Or maybe it was a result of unsanitary acts.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Loss of Appetite

Had a chicken sandwich and my girlfriend had nuggets and a milkshake.
