I ate Amy's pablano enchiladas last night for dinner about 7pm. By 2:30 am I woke up to sharp stabbing sensations in my gut. I also felt a little nauseous. This morning I had diarrhea. I ordered Wholefoods delivery, so it is possible my order sat out too long.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Son ate the chicken Parmesan sandwich, his symptoms lasted over 7 days. Fever lasted a few days, diarrhea and stomach cramping lasted over a week. Suspected salmonella poisoning because of the length of symptoms and severity.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache, Cramps

Yesterday Poke from Tamara's in Kīhei. I suspect the kukui nut. The kukui nut was not thoroughly roasted. It could be the fish. I bought a limu poke with Kukui nut, fried tofu poke and a sweet and sour shrimp.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I had a black forest ham sandwich which was all I had the whole day and 3 hours later was hit with nausea leading to vomiting and chills, later I ended with severe diarrhea which has now spread to other people in my house hold  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
