was feeling a bit nauseous and generally unwell. The pain/cramping continued over the next two hours, and by a bit after midnight, I started having diarrhea. comes and I start vomiting violently abs regurgitating the whole entire burrito bowl (threw up six times total) and had explosive diharrea (seven times) to rid the food from my system. I was up all night for a total of eight hours until it cleared up. I’ve been eating nothing but dry foods and ginger ale to get my digestion back on track.
