Got pizza from pizza factory sat night for some teenage girls all who Ate it felt horrible. Had all symtoms of diarrhea,severe vomiting, nausea, bad pain in stomach, cramps, headache etc. Dtill sick with food poisoning symtoms. Happened 4-12 hoyrs after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache

08/18 update: I'm better today. When I was sick my vomiting was nothing but the chicken I ate. It was severe vomiting. No liquid with it only chicken & white cheese.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
