- comments: 6-301. 14 observed hand washing signs are needed at all the hand washing sinks in all food prep areas. Instructed to provide.

-... See More comments: 3-305. 11 observed facility storing containers of ice, food and salsa on the ledge in between the food prep area and customer dining area without lids. Instructed to provide lids for all or store all foods behind the food prep area counter.

- comments: 4-502. 13 observed cardboard being reused as a floor liner in the dish washing area. Instructed to not reuse cardboard, all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.
