- comments: observed rear door leading to receptacle area as well as seating area exit door with 1/4 inch gap in between doors. Instructed to enclose to prevent pest entry.

They are as follows, alongside the cooling unit in servery prep, along the walls and behind equipment throughout electrical and pump rooms connected to the rear prep area, in corners throughout cafeteria seating under sound equipment, behind the cold drink machine next to the microwave, and inside cabinets where receptacles are stored in rear of seating area. - comments: observed food employee wipe food thermometer on dry towel and not sanitize thermometer between uses. A thermometer was used to take the temperature of the chicken that was not finished cooking in the dryer and then again to take the temperature of the finished product. Instructed manager to ensure food thermometers are sanitized in between uses. Chicken placed back into fryer to cook. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
