Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Pizza rolls
Onset: Right away
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: I ate some tostinos pizza rolls and immediately started expecting stomach cramps and diarrhea. The next day the symptoms persisted. See Less

Ok on Apr 13th, 2024 i went to Jersey Mike and order a number #66 which is a Portabella Cheese Steak, my favorite and got sick 😷. Now this has happened to me 2 times now. I also notice the young male worker dropped somebody order on … See More
the floor and picked it right back off the floor 😒 and place it on the counter top to be pick-up. I guess he didn't notice me looking at him, now if that's my order, i want a new order, not the one that hit the ground. Anyway, got home 🏡 ate my sub 2 to 4 hours later, scratch throat, feeling nausea ,stomach pain, fever, chills, headache then diarrhea, didn't no what the hail was going on, it's Apr 20th, 2024 and i'm still sick. Now if the worker is sick 😷 please stay at home, don't go to work breathing around the food passing there germs & sickness to the customers.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
