The only thing that I bought from Kroger yesterday was hotdog and Capri Sun. I've had diarrhea since the only thing that I can think of is the juice because there are particles in it, but I'm not sure what it is.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

7/7/2026-7/10/2026 I am unsure. I did eat lettuce from both McDonald's and Qdoba with 1-2 days prior. I also had a meal at Qdoba on 7/5/26 but I didn't pay for that one so I don't have a receipt. It was a salad and had guacamole, peppers, jalapeños, tomato, and lots of lettuce  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
