My friend and I hadn't eaten anything yet today. We went to sonic around 3pm. He got chicken tenders and a berry refresher. Before we even got back home he had to stop to use restroom. Got further down the road and he started vomiting. Very upset… See more

Yesterday I ate the sandwich around 2pm. Started feeling sick around 5-6pm. Not sure. None of the food had covers on it, other foods were dropped in with other foods. I'm sure it happens when making multiple sandwiches.  | Symptoms: Other, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

My daughter ate panda express Saturday Jun 20th and yesterday and today she has been laying in bed and vomiting all day. When she tries to eat, she throws it up within 5 mins. She is a type 1 diabetic and can't keep food down!  | Symptoms: Vomiting
