to experience severe chills. Was unable to eat anything 7/18/23. Had to call in sick to work 7/19/23. Not sure if it’s the popcorn or the butter but there is bad bacteria there. Don’t eat there for a while. I filed a report with Polk county.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache, Stomach Pain

I purchased a Single swiss mushroom burger, fries and cheese curds on June 8, 2023 at 4:24pm. I got home, took a few bites and got instant horrific cramps that led me to the bathroom. I’ve been to the bathroom now 3 x since eating just a few bites.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
