bad diarrhea as well. Felt like crap the remainder of the evening/overnight, but woke up feeling better, albeit lite cramping. Sounds like the food I ate gave me food poisoning, my body rid itself of the toxin, and recovery started. This is now second case of food poisoning from Jersey Mikes, with a very memorable case back in 2018 that messed up my GI for years. Suspected food poisoning from Starbucks. Symptoms included nausea, headache, fatigue , vomiting
Symptoms occurred less than 4 hours after consuming an iced lavender cream oat milk matcha Starbucks drink.

I put several raspberries in my yogurt and soon after had stomach cramps. Diarrhea followed for several hours and the I finally vomited. I felt better almost immediately after throwing up. Before putting them in the yogurt I placed them in water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
