Within a few minutes of eating I had terrible gas and painful cramps. About 30 minutes later I rushed to the bathroom with a terrible bout of nausea and diarrhea. I have a very high metabolism and digest all food rapidly. Still cramping and nauseous.

I then remembered a few days ago my father in law randomly started vomiting and he had mentioned that he thought the milk upset his stomach from when he ate a bowl of LUCKY CHARMS. That’s a little odd.
Well, my sister called and I proceeded to tell her about everything and she thought it was just a coincidence and that I may be over thinking.
