sensation in my throat that caused a panic. I immediately took activated charcoal but it took 15 minutes to kick in. This was alarming, never felt that sensation before. I knew it was serious, but luckily I keep charcoal on hand. I believe this was not caused by a pathogen but rather tainted by a chemical. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich at 11am, severe stomach pains with vomiting and diarrhea at 5pm. I ate nothing else between that time period. Pain was so bad I had to go to ER, 2 days later I am much better but still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Back in 2023, around November or December. Tangerine Beef was the suspected cause. The onset was a day after and lasted for several days. Legs were weak. Had to be hydrated. Couldn't really get out of bed except for the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness, Dizziness, Fatigue
