nausea (I felt like I was about to faint because of how dizzy I was on the toilet), and harsh diarrhea. I ate nothing else today after the salad. Blgoupuipuuupnow . Still can’t eat or driink much. I feel so week and run dow n from eating tha Voila lo mein. It made me puke more than I have in years! Never gonna bu that anymore. I bought the lomein on 2/4/2022 and cooked it thououghly that evening for dinner.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fatigue

Bought fresh spinach from the produce section in the plastic bin like container on Monday pm; ate it last night for dinner - cooked on the stove with olive oil
woke up this am feeling like I was going to visciously throw up, diarrhea all day and stomach cramps & headache  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
