I ate some fried rice,a spring roll, orange chicken and chicken with pineapple and string beans and immediately following i started having severe abdominal cramps and pain followed by diarrhea and vomiting for the past 2 hours,and I have not eaten all of the food ,only finished the spring roll  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had a medium hot coffee and a wake up wrap. Few hours later I started going to the bathroom non stop, later I had a fever, dehydration, fatigued so bad, stomach felt like it was going to explode.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Dehydration, Fatigue

May 23, 2024. Food poisoning. I ordered Wonton Soup Shanghai Style, Combo Egg Foo Yong, Combo Fried Rice, Combo Lo Mein for my family. 2 hours after eating this food, I had stomach grumbling and severe diarrhea. I am still dealing with constant diarrhea 12 days later!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Last night Spicy General Tso’s Chicken and Vegetable Eggroll Grabbed from cold prepped meals in Asian section near bakery. Ate it around 11PM EST, woke up ~6 hours later with classic food poisoning symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, chills, nausea).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
