it was chipotle because it was the only thing I ate. A couple days later I heard on the TV more people were complaining about the same thing… I have not had chipotle since. Today i only had a few $$ so I said okay I’m getting chipotle instinct told me no but I went anyway, guess what? I have been in toilet 5 times with diarrhea after eating a chicken bowl. I live in MD and went to the location in downtown Silver Spring… I WILL NEVER EAT CHIPOTLE AGAIN… I didn’t know if I wanted to throw up or poop all at the same time. could not control the vomiting, nausea and stomach pain/distention the ambulance took me to the hospital and they started an IV with something for nausea and stomach pain and antibiotics. I stayed all night and we thought that I was stable enough to go home. So I went home and then the vomiting and nausea became overwhelming I called an ambulance (this is the second time) I stayed a couple days. I was given two antibiotics nausea and some other stuff to take. It's It's been two weeks for revory now. I still don't feel well. I notiticefied the health department and they did an inspection ( it wasn't easy to get one out there) They found rats and other rodents dropping and the cook didn't know what temperature the food is supposed to be stored. Also, Pad Thai noodles were one of those items that were contimaded. I have lost so much weight, and I worry about a full recovery. PLEASE do not order Pad Thai noodles or anything else from Red Maple Thai Asian Bistro. It was a nightmare to go through. Please, just don't.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
