Yesterday McDonald’s Ordered mcdonalds (chicken nuggets, French fries, vanilla shake) on 3/22. At 11pm developed nausea/vomiting/diarrhea. Was seen in the emergency room for symptoms. Diagnosed with enterocolitis.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Son got sick after eating fruit roll ups spongebob meme edition. I purchased the box 3 days ago and he had some yesterday now all day he is having diareah lots of it and I am 100% certain it is the fruit rollups

Ordered chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and texas fries from there (around 9pm) few hours later was vomiting and having diarrhea (around 3am), the diarrhea and nausea (along with cold sweats) have lasted all day and I had to leave work early  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
