Second time was in late April 2022. Had bowl of cereal with milk and a medium ripe banana for breakfast. Again same thing happened. Tried to lie down on my side. But had to get up and walk aroound due to discomfort. Finally after about an hour symptoms lessened. Loose stool next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating, Cramps
