March 16th, 2022 I was 100% fine before I walked into this establishment.
My smoothie tasted like cleaning product, I drank a quarter of the lean machine smoothie. I felt so sick from drinking that small amount, I have been vomiting/ and having to use the bathroom.… See more

Got out of work didn’t eat anything so decided to get a classic roast beef sandwhich with cheese at around 4. I go to bed with an upset stomach at 9 and then wake up at 12 to me vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
