I ordered Beef With Broccoli Bowl, I didn’t have any issues previously at a different restaurant. I also had Pomegranate Lemonade. After an hour symptoms started at midnight I had to Vomit 3 times during the night plus Diarrhea till the morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We had dinner last night at the summerset mall restaurant
We have some soft drinks, dynamite shrimp, magnolean beef meal with broccoli and some tufu meal

My wife vomited over 10 times last night in Addition to diarrhea
