on the side. At about 2a.m. that morning I woke up with a really bad gut ache ran to the bathroom and threw up. I would go on to vomit around 20 more times that morning. I felt so miserable I thought I was dieing, it was one of the worst illnesses I've ever had! I got to the doc at 2p.m. received some meds one of which was for nausea. Took me a couple days to get back to normal. Was this a result of food poisoning from Chipotle, who knows maybe maybe not but I do know I haven't eaten there since and I haven't been sick since...  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

that day that would have caused it. Since the other meals were much earlier in the day. I asked him what he ate and the first thing he said was chicken nuggets. Even though he ate more throughout the day. So, it's like he knows that that's what he threw up. And it definitely looked like parts of the chicken nuggets. I don't know if they were contaminated somehow or undercooked or what. He had no fever, said his tummy hurts and he threw up.
