I purchased a Caramel Macchiato Hot at 6:50pm and began feeling ill around 7:45pm. Myself and my child who had a drink of the coffee began vomiting and having diarrhea about 8:45pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Had some Wishbone ranch dressing with my lunch this afternoon and noticed that it had a strong vinegar smell to it and a little off tasting. Developed stomach cramps, unpleasant smelling burping and nausea. Just purchased it from Walmart not even 3 days ago, and expiration date isn't till May 2024.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Burping
