My son and I had the honey walnut shrimp from Panda Express and we were sick hours later. I felt like I was about to die and I took a massive dump that was liquid. I ordered pick up sushi last night 12/28/25 at 8:45pm and when I got home around 9:00-9:15 I ate one of the 3 spicy California rolls. At 4 am I woke up nauseous and ran to the bathroom and vomited and having diarrhea. Happened again this morning… See more

Got a chocolate frostie with biggie bag (jr bacon cheese burger, medium fry, 4 nuggets) around noon (was the only food eaten that day) and felt diarrhea but immediately switched to severe vomiting several times an hour for 8 hours then hourly for another 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
