I ordered food last night from chipotle. It was a chicken bowl with rice, lettuce, pinto beans, sour cream, and cheese. In the middle of the night, I had severe stomach cramps and it was vomiting. Cheese sliders on Wednesday March 18 for dinner. Horrible nausea and vomiting within 2 hours that lasted until morning. Then it switched to diarrhea, chills, and a horrible headache for another day. Finally, just have horrible reflux, chills, occasional diarrhea and exhaustion after 2 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache, Acid reflux
