Ate lunch and by 3 pm I was vomiting, super watery diarrhea, stomach cramps like they slipped me an epidural, muscle pain. Can keep anything down and super dehydrated. It's been 3 days now and if it isn't better by tomorrow I'm going to the hospital  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Muscle Pain, Dehydration

Got excited capri sun was now sold in clear big containers. Drank a cup from the container and my stomach immediately flipped into knots and I was sick for an hour. Not a fan of the feeling it left in my stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I was eating at Pho at closing time. The next morning i had to go to the ER because the food bad. I had all the symptoms i believe it was from food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

5/28/26 Think it was lettuce/ fresh vegetables at United club Las Vegas Ate food at 1. Got sick in my sleep that night. Stomach pain got me up. Took also seltzer and pepto bismal for nausea I and diarrhea. I thought it might be from food at airport but not sure  | Symptoms: Gas, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Thursday 5/21 I ate coconut shrimp tacos around 4-5 pm. At 10 pm I became violently ill vomiting violently- by 2 am I was in hypovolemic shock and in an ambulance. I was admitted to ICU and even had to be put on vasopressors to sustain life.… See more
