food poisoning. If rice is left standing at room temperature, the spores can grow into bacteria. Within 5-6 hours of eating, I became sick. Very bad stomach cramps, diorrhoea, bloated, within 24 hours I had chills, body aches, headaches, severe stomach pain & still felt nauseas. Spent the entire day in bed. Day 3 and I'm just starting to feel a bit better. Stomach is still a mess.
