But after the 3rd or 4th spoonful I noticed there was a bee in my soup!!! And you can tell from the pictures it didn’t just land there, this thing was cooked into it. Thank God I didn’t eat it bc I am allergic, I mean idk if the poison is still in the stinger after they die but I’m glad I wasn’t going to find out afterwards.
Later on, I had horrible stomach pains and vomiting and nausea all night. Now it could have just been my mind playing tricks on me bc of the bee in the soup but I was seriously sick. I really do love their soups and spaghetti sauces and they’re not cheap either! the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes prior to us going through the drive-through to order food my daughter also got with her chicken tenders in her basket with Mac and cheese that was also cold so I’m assuming they had turned off any of equipment being tho it was 15 mins before they were closing whatever they’re doing prior to closing within that 15 minute. this is actually not the first time that this has happened to me at the same restaurant as I’ve gotten wrong food and or cold or undercooked chicken in the past . Roly Poly Multigrain Bread was sold at Roly Poly Bakery, at Polmart, CT, New Britain Market Place, CT , Bernat’s Deli, MA and Golemo’s Market, MA. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this product.

The product comes in 20-ounce clear plastic bag marked with product information on top and bar-coded part number 5005-8723 on the bottom and was purchased prior to 04/11/2024.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered during an audit that a production employee used an egg wash instead of water to apply sunflower or oat ingredients on external product’s surface.

Production of the product has been suspended until CT Consumer Protection and the company are certain that the problem has been corrected.

Consumers who have purchased 20 ounce loafs of Roly Poly multigrain bread are urged to return the product to the place of purchase for full refund.

In case you experienced harm from allergens or undeclared ingredients, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

Friday, April 12th, at around 10am I ordered a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich as well as a caramel ribbon drink. By around 3-4pm, I started feeling unwell. At 5 pm I vomited for the first time.
