Monday evening and Tuesday early lunch time. Throughout the day my mother had stomach discomfort and minimal diarrhea. My fiancé developed cramps and severe diarrhea for 2 days but no vomiting and minor nausea. At 5pm Tuesday evening, i developed severe cramps and proceeded to vomit for 20+ hours and could not keep anything down including water. I was severely dehydrated and had to go to family care and receive 3 full bags of fluid via IV injection as well as anti nausea medicine prescribed for 3 weeks. The vomiting came back Wednesday morning for 7 hours. Since then, nausea and diarrhea and extremely sensitive stomach is still occurring. Today, Monday (exactly one week after eating the meat) is the first day i have been able to keep solid food down. The turkey was the only food that was eaten by myself that Monday and Tuesday and the only thing all three of us each had.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration

food I ate yesterday. At around 3 or 3:30 am, I woke up with bad stomach cramps. For the next 90 minutes or so, I experienced vomiting, diarrhea, and the worst stomachache I’ve ever had. During this, I also had a cold sweat. I have ordered this omelette several times in the past, but never had an issue until yesterday. of Montreal, affects consumers with allergies to soy, wheat, fish, sulphites, or eggs, as well as those with celiac disease or other gluten-induced illnesses. The issue was discovered during routine inspections by MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. As of now, no cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.

The products that are the subject of this warning were offered for sale to the following establishments:

3000, boulevard De La Rousselière, in Montreal
450, boulevard Don-Quichotte, in Notre-Dame -de-l’Île-Perrot
6333, rue Beaubien Est, in Montreal
107, boulevard Cardinal-Léger, in Pincourt
305, boulevard Iberville , in Repentigny

The recalled products include "Zoto Gyoza", "Zoto Avocado Poberge", and "Zoto Shrimp Tempura Rol". These products, sold in transparent plastic containers and refrigerated, may contain allergenic substances not mentioned on the label. The recall applies to all batches of these products whose labels do not include mention of the allergens.
