I had spring rolls appetizer & Buddhist Vegetable dinner, ginger peach tea. Within a short time I started getting cramps and soon had to leave asap from nausea cramps and urgent need to use the bathroom for obvious reasons! was not recovered from the day before and it was not addressed. Also 2 Managers were helping in the kitchen. Either I got sick from the mushrooms or cross contamination from it not being clean.
