about 2 hours after eating omaha steaks filet mignon and fries i was in severe stomach pain and in the early morning had severe vomiting and diarrhea. I had received the steaks frozen, sent on ice a gift. i had had nothing else to eat that day except water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I drank the eggnog latte and had a snowman cake pop. The latte tasted funny but I just thought it was because the barista put too much flavor. I'm not positive but am guessing spinach or red leaf lettuce I got from Albertson's that I didn't rinse well the night before. I also ate suspect meatballs for lunch but think the symptoms started a little before that.
