As an amazon driver we need food on the go, I got three steak tacos and a side of nachos and queso. Stomach after eating felt off. The next morning I felt terrible. By mid morning I had stomach cramps and fever and eventually vomited. I vomited several times that day and had stomach cramps and bloating for about 8 hours. I had a low grade fever also.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Bloating, Stomach Pain
