or poop. I’ve only once had food poisoning, so as soon as this happened I knew exactly what it was. Meal: $5 biggie back with 4 nuggets, small fry, and a bacon double stack that had Mayo and lettuce. Working in food, I know the Mayo and lettuce are most likely the culprits. Lasting for about 3 hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I was in at approx. 3 pm on Sunday August 6. I purchased the stack. With beef, seasoned rice, black beans, pickled jalapeños, cheese, queso, and salsa.

salsa bar tasted a little off, but I thought it was just the can taste. I started having cramps and gas within 30 minutes, diarrhea after an hour, and started nausea with vomiting after 4.5 hours ( 8 pm-830pm). hungry. Finally in the evening I had a massive diarrhea and vomit. All the content of my salad dish was there. I had fever for 2 days (not very high, around 100.8-101 Fahrenheit). I still don't feel normal today (August 2, 2023): I feel still a little bloated and pain in the lower belly and not hungry. I believe the contamination was in the salad since I was the only one with a salad dish and the only one with food poisoning symptoms. I must say that if I were alone last Thursday, I wouldn't have eaten there. I would have just gone back out after I saw how badly, sloppy the food looked.
