Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: Quaker oats
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: I was unsure of the cause until I read of the Quaker recall. I bought the granola from Costco. I live in Walden, NY  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

On Dec 1, 2021 I had a big mac, fries and chicken nuggets with hot mustard sauce. I got sick within a couple hours and remained sick for 2 days. Nausea, the runs, awful feeling almost vomited. Never eating here again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a ice chai tea latte with almond milk and cold foam on Sunday around 6pm . Since then I’ve been running non stop to the toilet . My diet is consistent. This place is the only variable that day . It is now Tuesday and I’m still not feeling better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
