We ate there on June 27 after spending the night in Raleigh before heading to S.C. on July 1st, I became extremely sick to my stomach with nausea, vomiting and an extreme case of diarrhea. Luckily my hubby didn't eat any lettuce on his burger.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
