I ate Alfredo pasta and a salad. About an hour after consuming the meal, I was violently ill. Since that time I have had all the symptoms corresponding with food poisoning. Ate 2 pepperoni pizza slices at Crust last night, woke up in the middle of the night vomiting. Still vomiting 12 hours later. Also have diarrhea.
